Today while driving home from taking Jordan to the doctor I was telling the kids what the doctor said about him. When I told them that Jordan weighs 16lbs. Brody said, " Whoa... how much do I weigh?" Just guessing I told him,"Probably about 45lbs., the same as Kara."
Brody thought about it for a minute and said, " No, I weigh more than Kara because I can pick her up!" I said, " Well, that might just mean you are really strong and that you can lift your own bodyweight" He was just not having this non-sence... he was positive that he weighed more than Kara, after all, she is his little sister! :)
Brody and Kara ended up getting into one of their frequent sibling "debates" and Brody said to Kara, "I weigh more than you because you are just a little baby!" Kara's feelings were a little hurt so I decided I better add a little twist to the discussion by saying," Kara, Brody's just acting like that because he wishes he could be as big as you!"
Brody then said a little sarcasticly, " I am bigger than her so I guess my wish came true!"
(I just thought I would share this because I was so stunned by how quick and witty his comeback was! He must get it from me!) :D

Sounds exactly like the kind of thing that would happen in OUR house! Micah was over 19 lbs. at his 9 month checkup...it will be fun to see them advance together. :D
